2.Q: Can I test the machine before order?
A: Yes, we have dealers in Brazil, Australia, Slovenia, Mexico, South Africa, Vietnamese, etc. Please tell me your detailed address, then I would like to recommend the closest customer for you, then you could go to test.
3.Q: What is your delivery time?
A: The delivery time is around 15 working days. In peak season, the production time would take longer.
4.Q: What is the payment term?
A: Normally we accept 30% deposit by TT for production, 70% balance by TT before shipping. Or by sight LC.
5.Q: What color can I choose?
A: There are Yellow, Red, Blue, Black, White, Orange, and Green to choose. We can customize the color according to your color number.
6.Q: Can I see the production progress after order?
A: Yes, during production, we can have video call and we could take photos/videos for your reference.
7.Q: What kind of service can I get from you if I buy? How can I get parts?
