How to produce a quartz stone slab? --- Material & Production Process

Our quartz slabs are made from 93% high-purity natural quartz sand, which is mined, crushed, and purified to ensure excellent physical properties. The quartz sand is blended with 7% high-quality unsaturated polyester resin, pigments, and additives, then processed under high vacuum, high pressure, and high temperature to form dense, uniform, and non-porous quartz slabs. The entire production process includes raw material selection, mixing, pressing, curing, polishing, and quality inspection, ensuring each slab has consistent color, stable performance, and perfect finish. Our advanced CNC cutting and polishing equipment guarantee precise dimensions and smooth surfaces, making our quartz slabs stand out in the market.
