1. How long does it take to charge a lithium battery?
Battery capacity: 80V / 300AH-700AH
Charger power: 7KW-9KW
Charging time estimate:
Theoretical charging time (calculated based on 100% discharge and full charge):
(1) 300AH battery (24kWh): about 3.5 hours using a 7kW charger, about 2.5 hours using a 9kW charger.
(2) 700AH battery (56kWh): about 8 hours using a 7kW charger, about 6 hours using a 9kW charger.
2. How long does an electric forklift work?
Reference working time (medium load, 25ºC environment):
(1) 300AH battery: about 6-8 hours (lifting 1-2 tons, intermittent operation);
(2) 500AH battery: about 8-10 hours (lifting 2-3 tons, continuous operation);
(3) 700AH battery: about 10-12 hours (continuous operation).
3. Will the charging port automatically shut down after being fully charged?
(I) Intelligent charging management:
(1) The built-in BMS communicates with the charger to achieve automatic power off.
(II) Safety mechanism:
(1) Overcharge protection: Voltage/current threshold triggers automatic power off;
(2) Temperature monitoring: When the battery temperature is ≥50ºC, the charging power is reduced, and when it is ≥60ºC, charging is stopped.
Tip: After charging is completed, the charger indicator light turns from red to green, or a prompt is given through the APP/display.
